Jamie Fleming-Dixon works with ambitious women who are tired of being burned out, stressed out, and wor out. She teaches them how they can create calm through meditation, yoga, and self-care. While she primarily works with Black women, her presentations are available for all groups.
Jamie's love of meditation and yoga was sparked after giving birth to her daughter. Her goal is to teach women how to use them, along with self-care, to create calm and peace in the midst of all they have going on.
